We sure saw a lot of these and relied on them for road trip restrooms! But I loved Sinclair and the dinosaur. Always wanted one of the inflatable dinos but never got one:-) Fun post, good memories!
Oshi Shikigami that's cool Sinclair's actually back in the midwest again branded stations changed over to them can find them near Indiana Iowa Missouri Wyoming Nebraska it's kind of neat to see them come back again.. although they're the same gas stations as previous they're just basically rebranded with different names..kind of like how I don't know where now after about a 30 year 35 year absence of gulf is all around the east coast and Southeast again with the little orange gulf logo hadn't seen that forever
My guess, as why we have not "trusted" the Big Red Texaco Star in some time, has something to do with the Cold War happening about the same time?
