Great video! For once I know a little (useless) secret that puzzles the younger generations! Who knew using a dial phone was a learning experience!
ReplyDeleteHilarious! We still have a white one in our basement:-)
ReplyDeleteAnn Kennedy those old phones sound better than the newer cordless
ReplyDeleteSteve Hart Completely agree with you!
ReplyDeleteIN the, "Bad Old Days," we had two phone lines in our house. To accomplish this, it required Fifty conductor, telephone wires!"
ReplyDeleteI know this, as I accidentally cut one, when remodeling, and had to re-solder all those wires! ;-)
That's funny, needed a laugh. However it makes me wonder is Archaeologist make the same kinds of mistakes when they find artifacts in ancient cities.
ReplyDeleteMargaret Siemers, that is funny, because I used an Archaeologist hammer, when I cut the wires! LOL
ReplyDeleteI am sure some scientists way in the future, will see my "handiwork" with the soldering, and wonder in awe, who would have gone to such a great effort, with so little skill? Likely they will conclude it was an amateur effort by one of the unwashed masses, pleading for an ill-deserved penitence? ;-) PS: I was still just an early teen, with the only accreditation being an amateur radio licenses...
