Armstrong-Siddley made very high end cars (plus airplane engines). It went through a bunch of mergers before becoming part of Rolls-Royce in 1966.

    Those are "Turbo-prop" airplane engines. Very high-class indeed! :-)

    I learn things in the community, I didn't know Armstrong was into things like this, All I ever heard of from them was Heaters and Flooring. Thank you as always Tom Brydon
