This little girl seems pleased with her nurse outfit, but someone was really lucky to get that electric train! I used to love to see the Christmas Sears catalog and look at the uniforms. Cheerleaders, Nurses, Cowgirls with fringe boots:-) Delightful photo!
And she grew up to get a degree in computer science.
