This is a great post, Patsy and a very interesting article. Other than knowing about Arrow shirts and the ad campaigns, I had no idea about the story and history of "the Man".

You not only managed to find and interesting story about a very old shirtmaker and its advertising, but you also manage to to tell an important background story that does need telling. Not clouding the true history of people is what I strive for. Forgive the lateness of this recognition, but I simply could not get here till just now. Thank you for posting, this deserves a space in the Community Collection as well.
