The Boeing 314 Clipper's Dining Salon: Boeing's 314 Clipper's creature comforts were unexcelled for their time. The Clipper was divided into 11 sections, including five spacious lounges, a deluxe "honeymoon suite" - Winston Churchill's choice whenever he flew on a Boeing Clipper - separate dressing rooms, a bar, a galley and a main recreation area. In the evening stewardesses served gourmet meals on tables covered with Irish linen, bone china, European crystal, and silver.

  2. And tickets are still expensive with LONG waiting lines to be screened! At least when you paid a lot for this flight you felt like you were getting something for your money. Oshi Shikigami
