I just double checked the Licence at Getty in UK . This would look to be alright because you are using it in an Editorial manner. This is what I found.
"Available for Editorial use" images can only be used to report or illustrate a news, entertainment or sports event, or a matter of general interest. These images do not come with releases so they cannot be used for commercial purposes, or to endorse or promote a company, cause, product or service, without first obtaining additional clearances or third-party permissions.
Available for all permitted uses under our Licence Terms
You would fall under a "matter of general interest" with it. Whew, you had me afraid for you for a moment there.
