Patsy Priebe  Our china isn't vintage... The funny thing is it is named "Vintage Jewel". I looked for it online and found this article that says "DOWNTON ABBEY INSPIRED LENOX VINTAGE JEWEL PLACE SETTING". http://themamareport.com/cooking/downton-abbey-inspired-lenox-vintage-jewel-place-setting/ Well, that can't be exactly correct. We got our set in the 90's.

    This pattern was issued in 98 by Lenox, and it is still active. The blog you got it from suffers from "Creative Licence" when writing about it being made as a tribute to Downton Abby  : )
    It is beautiful, and a 5 piece place setting will cost you 109.95 from Replacements.com so it is the next generations prized possession to be sure. A beautiful set with all the vintage flavor one could want.
