Hitch-hiking onto Mike Martin 's post on Williamsburg, here is a menu from 1969, Christiana Campbell's Tavern. Note the prices. This menu is living proof that I was not at Woodstock in August of 1969.
Curiously, to me anyway, the locals pronounce it as Christi-AAAH-na Campbell's Tavern. You'll find a slight change in the prices at:
