    I remember my mother saying guys ( ladies would never do this!) would toss a few Sen Sens in the mouth to mask the odor of booze.

    Mike Martin Like that line in The Music Man. I think the song was "Trouble"?  I'm sure that sen sen in combination with booze was really nasty!

    You are correct Ann Kennedy  about that line from "Trouble" in original Music Man, "...cover up a tell tale breath with Sen Sen...."
