MICKEY MOUSE - 1947
A colour plate from a Mickey Mouse book, which I believe is from 1947. I tend to pick up old books from car boot sales, flea markets and so on - much to my wife's delight!! Not really, but I quickly move them into my home office, which has piles of books. What's one or two more books!

Oh oh! How I loved Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge in my life! I really have a room with the walls full of their comics, especially by Carl Barks, the father of the ducks.
ReplyDeleteAnn Kennedy This is the only glossy colour plate in the book. I found it interesting that in the back of the book there was an advert for Kiwi shoe polish !
