The chap with the two top hats is certainly having a good time. I do enjoy colourful characters, they make life more interesting.

    The mere presence of a camera can encourage all kinds of happy stuff! It's a really fun photo whether we know its story or not!

    I believe that the two guys do a street show.
    The machine on wheels looks like a musical instrument (probably with a handle to make automatic music).
    And the man with the two hats dances and collects the money.
    What do you think ?

    Laurent TRUILLET - I think you're right and it looks like the man on the right has a monkey sitting on his head. Perhaps he's the organ grinder and the bloke with the top hats is his trained human.
