I simply could not get this to show my plaid skirt, but click on it to see that this is me emulating some of my women heroes from about 1980. I also include two examples of the skirt style from the time. I'd guess that all of us are old enough to remember them from the 70s and early 80s. How many of you can remember them from the 40s?! (P.S. That great leather jacket? Vintage, and inexpensive!) (P.P.S. Check out the 70s pendant.)

    I know!!! I found those shoes on Etsy and I adore them. There are so many shoes I can no longer wear without causing extreme back pain, but these are proving to be totally comfortable and totally beautiful, all at once.
