I couldn't find anything on this photo, but I just thought it was so cool & interesting that I should post it. That bulldog is something else. :-)) If Darran or anyone has any info on it that would be great. :-)

    It is wonderful. Could be Carnival, could be Mardi Gras, could be Halloween, Could be anything. But it is wonderful.

    This may be a classic shaming photo, to be used later when the boy is in his adolescence and easily embarrassed.
    "Now, Johnny, are you going to behave yourself, or do I have to show the shaming photo to your girlfriend?"
