ReplyDeleteCab, so good at what he did. I always loved his "Minnie the Moocher".
ReplyDeleteFirst picture I've seen of Calloway as a young man. My mother used to sing parts of "Minnie the Moocher" when I was a kid. Learned later that the song had plenty of drug references hidden in its "jive."
