On her right wrist it looks like a cocktail style watch - but can't be of course - and on the other wrist it looks like enclosed bells.

Patsy Priebe She is the one I've pictured before (as an adult) who kept such great photos of her own childhood as well as her parents' antics and other ephemera. Yes, very sweet and quite the character as well.
On the left wrist is her child's Rolex, on the right it's a tooled copper band to ward off vampires. Hence her confident expression!
