A photo of my Gran working at her desk in the days when computers were a bit more chunky!
She was a civil servant working for the Government in the Health & Safety department (based in the United Kingdom) and this photo was taken in the early 1980s.

    Don't remember ever seeing a screen like that - it's good to see these early computers and word processors.

    Just seen your board...excellent idea and some amazing photos. I've added another one of my Gran aged 18 wearing heels and swimming costume at the pool...you're welcome to add that one too!
