I bought some old postcards in job lot from a car boot sale and this was amongst them. I've found out that he is William Waller Lewis (3 November 1860 – 1 November 1915) and was known on stage as Lewis Waller. He is English and was said to be well known on the London stage and in the English provinces. He's certainly got a stylish look about him, and love the hat!
