Great is such a subjective word. She was the original screen sex symbol and she was hugely successful at the box office, being a guaranteed money maker.
Sadly she has been deliberately ignored by Hollywood due in no small part to her 'interesting' lifestyle.
Love that first pix of her with the wild hair. Matthew Woodall note the MAKEUP has her mouth looking ridiculously tiny. (although it looks good on her.) Davita Egeland Good call on the Anime, but I have to wonder, Did Clara take it from them? If you recall the Geisha Girls of way back they all had the tiny mouth painted on. Guess Matthew and John Campbell have a point. Men like the small mouth look.

The anime cartoon girls are a 2D version of the twenties look. It was all about the big doll eyes and a tiny mouth.
