I just love this vintage photo.


I just love this vintage photo. I saw it on Pinterest and did a Google image search on it and came up with nothing, accept that it's on some people's Pinterest and tumbler pages. Kurt if you know anything, it would be great..because you helped on one before. I believe it was you Kurt. Thanks. :-)

    Many of the online stock photo galleries are selling this image. They are all claiming copyright with the only info provided is that it is a 1905 portrait of a Russian woman.

    It's probably fine Matthew. It isn't being using for profit and all of the stock galleries are claiming copyright but the original, in all likelihood, is public domain.

    I only found out that the photo was uploaded by shutterstock user Mikhail Pogosov and it says that the image shows a Russian woman. Dated 1905

    Thanks Steve, and thank you too Kurt. :-) ..and yes Margaret, the beauty was what caught my eye indeed, and it's rarity, or eccentricity as a vintage portrait with a horse. Beautiful indeed. :-)
