  2. It was the "Royal Composure", One never showed strong emotion in any public outing. I could be totally wrong and the poor man is just sick to his stomach from the ride too. It's a toss up.

  4. I'm certain he had more fun when visiting Washington DC in 1939, he was the first British Monarch to visit the US.
